Shipping Information

We ship via the United States Postal Service; all items are shipped by priority mail. Insurance is required on all purchases and is included in your shipping costs. Moiselle's ships fast - within 48 hours of completion of your PayPal payment. You will receive a "Ship Note" email notifying you that your order is on the way.

PayPal requires its shop owners to charge flat rates for shipping based on the value of your purchase. Below are Moiselle's flat rates. These will be tacked on by PayPal automatically when you checkout:

Requests for overnight shipping will necessarily involve higher shipping costs above & beyond the flat shopping cart rate. If you would like overnight shipping, please request it in your PayPal order in the "notes" section or in a separate email.

Bulky orders
Our shipping assessment is based on the observation that most customers purchase between 1-3 items per order. We reserve the right to assess an additional shipping fee above the shopping cart calculation for orders of 4 or more non-jewelry items.
